I am a native Midwesterner, raised in Chicago and suburban Detroit, where my family still lives. I attended Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo Michigan, and then moved east to earn an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in Philadelphia. My husband Ed and I now live in suburban Atlanta, but also have a home and office in downtown Chicago where we spend as much time as possible indulging our preference for a car-free lifestyle. Reading and quilting are particular interests, only one of which is really possible on airplanes, where I also spend a lot of my time.
