Incentives designed to attract remote workers aren’t really new anymore, but Evansville Indiana’s “e is for everyone” campaign website includes content that I love to see communities create, and that has legs well beyond this specific campaign.

The profiles of “Real Humans, Real Opinions” read as refreshing and genuine.  Their stories also demonstrate that people who are attracted initially by a remote workers program often put down very substantial roots.

One of my favorite parts of the campaign’s web site are the profiles of individual neighborhoods and communities in the region.  People don’t settle in “greater” anywhere, they choose a specific place.  Providing details about the variety of options early gives a community a better chance to trigger intrigue and curiosity in a broader audience.

There’s data, but mostly stories, stories, stories that can be used in a myriad of ways.  Nicely done!
