Randolph County, NC stands out for me from the many other places cultivating apprenticeship programs because of the strong marketing initiative focused on the apprentices themselves speaking to their peer group. I became aware of it because I have connections with the Randolph County EDC staff on LinkedIn, where they post links to the weekly (I think) videos put out by Apprenticeship Randolph. In addition to the videos, there are regular blog posts with profiles of the people working through the program. It is a refreshing change from many initiatives that rely on the employers or educators alone to carry the message, and I would imagine it is a lot more compelling.

Here is the link to the Apprenticeship Randolph site that has lots on inspiring content: https://apprenticeshiprandolph.com/

And here is the link to the You Tube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWlTx7d9qdOvdjeBFFIc9bQ (though as you can see in the screenshot, these show up regularly on LinkedIn as well).
