The Shenandoah Valley Partnership’s Virtual Cooking Class series reinforces how valuable consistency is in economic development programming and marketing. Over the past several years now, Jay Langston, his team, and his community partners have made learning fun (and tasty), highlighting something new about the region’s industry strengths, infrastructure, workforce development, and quality of life every time each and every time. I’m surprised I haven’t mentioned it in these posts before, and was reminded to do so a couple of weeks ago when @Kathy Mussio and I both used it as a good example for others to take inspiration from.
Lucky me, my husband got curious about the last ingredient box that showed up, and is working on adding Shrimp and Grits to his repertoire.
