From My Point of View

From the start of my career, I have been closely involved in positioning strategies for my employers and my clients.  My career began with AT&T, executing location decisions associated with the Bell System divestiture.  Moving into line management positions gave me the experience to know what it is like to live with the consequences of site selection decisions.  That early experience gave me the foundation to craft strategies, analze options, and develop recommendations for an extensive variety of for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises across a range of industries, ownership structures, and geographic footprints.

Sometimes you need someone with experience and expertise in areas you haven’t mastered yet, sometimes you just need some extra bandwidth or some help making connections to resources that will get you where you need to go.  Whether you want to build internal expertise, connect to programs and people who will partner with you, or outsource a whole project, I have the flexibility and perspective to help you find your way.
